Investment Treatment Provisions in China’s Bilateral Investment Treaties

Abstract


:Investment treatment provisions in BITs are meant to ensure an equality of competitive conditions between foreign investors of different nationalities and national companies who are seeking to set up an investment or operating that investment in a host country. This study analyses MFN and NT provisions in China’s BITs in details and gives possible improvements to investment treatment section of current BITs. erif"; mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language: EN-US;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA'>School heads should create a friendly environment between teachers and administration officers so that they will be able to instill passion in teachers to continue doing the work effectively hence desired results will be produced. Government should also provide in-service courses for the other members of the school administration so that they will carry out quality assurance processes effectively. There is also a need for sensitisation of community members for increased participation in matters affecting curriculum implementation through organised workshops.
